Information we handle
Our current games store progress, settings, rewards, and play statistics on your device. They do not require a MindVibe Games account or upload game saves to our own servers.
Apps with advertising use Google AdMob and its partners. These services may collect and share IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. This supports advertising, measurement, performance, and fraud prevention, depending on service settings and your privacy choices.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to share. Our website hosting provider may process basic connection data, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. This website does not use advertising or analytics scripts.
How information is used and shared
We use information to operate our apps, save preferences, respond to requests, and maintain security. Local game data remains until removed. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local data. Android backup, device transfer, and optional exported backups may retain separate copies, which you can manage through your device or storage provider.
We keep support messages only as long as needed to respond, meet legal obligations, or protect our services. Advertising and hosting providers retain information under their own policies. We use reasonable security measures, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Use available in-app privacy settings to review consent choices, and device settings to manage advertising identifiers. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. For data held independently by a provider, use its privacy controls as well.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13, or below the applicable age of consent, without legally required parental consent. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can take appropriate action.
